Was satisfied until gave me an unwanted unrequested subscription to Super Lingo, and to make matters worse did not even fulfill subscription. A complete runaround!!

I started with Duolingo 2 months ago learning Chinese Cantonese.
It went really good until I finished first section. I can not continue to the next session. If I can continue to some new sessions, I will definitely use Duolingo other than any other similar apps.

I like learning Spanish with duolingo. And now I can learn it from Dutch to Spanish.

My friend also want this, but it is impossible via their app. So I want to know how it is possible, because for me it is oké, but not for my friends.
I made a phone call, but there was no contact and the phone went down without speaking someone.

I tried email, but you get only a automatically reply. I tried 3 different ways, but no contact is possible.

We couldn't log in to the Duolingo application.
The system couldn't get our password.
We have tried to reset the password but failed.
It took 34 days to get by mail the new password and it worked.
We expected this service to be faster/

There was no experience to speak of. The answering system directed me to the Duolingo website, which would not let me in because I didn't recall the password. The Duolingo website offers no option for resetting a forgotten username/password.

I had no answer.
There is nobody to help me. I wish to continue my learning, from the help page it seems there is a way, but since nobody has the job of answering my questions, I can’t.
I get that a “Supporrt” function is not easily provided, but it is the nature of online products for customers to need some connection with the provider.
