I am really angry at the way they treat a loyal customer. It is beyond belief that it is impossible to speak to a company representative to resolve an issue.

If you want to keep me as a customer contact me. It will be interesting to see if I get a response

I already sent a review! Please see the review that I posted previously excoriating Duolingo for failing to respond to email complaints.

I tried to call but Duolingo does not accept phone calls. No surprise there, pissed off consumers would be screaming at them all day because their customer service is so bad.

Someone bought this on my card to be malicious. I need to cancel and a refund.

I have to pay bills and this Is inconvenient. Almost 100 dollars for something I don't want and did not need to buy.

No help from you all either just a complaint page. I have to close my account because of this at a very inconvenient time
