Your company have not updated even your own emails or your listed phone numbers and this is becoming a very serious issue. What did I get the final year 60% off of?!

Its not a deal whatsoever!!! It showed 60% off and the entire app usage was $160 So the purchasers are thinking that 59.99 is the 60% off and not a no add deal. Most other apps charge 2.99-5.99 for no adds. I thought I was getting the communicating with the A.I.

people on the app for $60 a year; not just no adds Sarcastic. Where is there a way I can get in touch with the freaking company!!! It was just 9.99 a month also and not 12.99. So what in the efffff are we getting 60% off of?!?!

This is about to be a class action suit. I thought I was getting the full usage of this app not some stupid crap with no adds.

On opening Duolingo, get Daily Refresh screen never before seen!

Daily Refresh requires me to go back to Section Id been on, but will not allow me to open a new unit. Message says, Complete all levels above to unlock this. However, all units in all previous Sections HAVE been completed, to Legendary status.

Im very disappointed as I spent 8 dollars to buy 1000 gems that you offer. I did this so I could use it on my repair streak that costs 500 gems.

When I go to click repair with 500 gems it doesnt do anything.

Not only have I lost my streak of 260 days but I spent money on something that doesnt even work. Im pretty upset and just want my streak back..

I'm not sure what demographics this app caters to, but I'm in my 50s, believe in God and heterosexual. What business do I have to learn about Pablo and his new husband Juan going to the market?

Or Maria and her wife going to the beach. Whatever, this app has an agenda to force *** idealism on me. I'm considering chucking the entire program. Pushing a gay agenda on me because I want to learn a language for free on your platform?

Does anyone know how to resolve the Duo app not working on my new iPhone. I log into my account and the app does not update but starts at the begin of the course .

The app on my iPad works correctly. Just as a not I have connected Duo 3 times to resolve this issue with no response.

Kind of thing? You mean two adults that love each other. I'm sorry you have to find out by learning but most of the world doesn't cater to your sensitive ideals and that includes different languages.

This may shock you but if you spend time out in public or visit another culture you may encounter people you don't like and yes that includes homosexuals. You're being taught how to learn a language and that language doesn't ignore the fact LGBT people exist so you can live in a little bubble.

There is no agenda. Those people exist and app's goal is to teach you how to speak to everybody, how to describe everything. It also makes the answers less obvious especially to people like you.

If just the idea someone might have a same sex partner is some big conspiracy against, and leads you to unironically spread your agenda around, don't learn another language. It doesn't sound like you can handle different people let alone a whole new culture.

Language apps have no business using this kind of thing in their stories. They should try to use situations that apply to the general public, so that you learn and practise the vocabulary you want and need.

I have tried to solve a problem many times involving two sentences that are too long and do not fit in the system. My answers are under the green check, and we cannot see the word.

I have reported this issue many times, but nothing has been done. Please contact me to resolve this problem, as I cannot correct this, which is not a mistake.

I am French, but I am learning Greek through English. Thank you for your diligence.

They claim I can not be reinstated with my original progress when the proof is there in my account . My foto was taken without my consent and the update forced on me despite having a software block.

This is 2024,and aren’t there no safeguards in accounts to recover after it had been hacked.

Duolingo didn’t even bother notifying clients of what happened. Disgusting

My account was hacked at the same time the new update arrived . My 4 years of progress wiped and Duolingo refused to recover my lost progress .

They claim they cant fix it . That I find bizarre as they had a big data breach but failed to notify clients . On top of this my profile foto was deleted without my consent and the update bypassed my software block .

How does that happen ! I want my progress reinstated and this uncaring attitude towards clients stopped.
