I thought I canceled the super trial when warned I had two days. I do not want to pay for this subscription! I need to cancel it now.

Their programming is full of glitches that require the affected customer to report via an online form. There is never any action taken, nor is there any feedback.
It is a huge waste of money to spend for the level of frustration experienced. Very, very disappointing.

For a week now, Duolingo has not acknowledged my e-mails, has not resolved my probléma, and completely ignored me.
After I prepaid for a second year of the Super family plan, I am unable to access my practice hub, although one of the selling points of a Super plan is personalized practice sessions. Right now, I can only do six lessons with no practice.
The worst part is that Duolingo completely ignores my reports. I would accept even if they answered that they did not know what is going on, but they'd look into it, but ignoring a paying customer reflects badly on them.

I just purchased a test and my total for the test was 78 dollars, but I got charged 112 dollars. Why so? I didn't choose to get the results in 12 hours, so please refund my money.

Subject: Request to Review My Test Recording Uncertified Result
Dear Duolingo English Test Support Team,
I recently received an email saying that my result could not be certified because a second window or application was detected during the test. I want to clearly state that I did not open any other window or application on my computer.
The full test session was recorded, so I kindly request you to please review the recording again.
It is possible that a technical error in the app caused this false detection. I am 100% sure that I followed all the rules correctly.
Before this test, I already faced many technical problems. The app was not starting properly and kept getting stuck on one page again and again.
Because of that, I spent several days trying to fix the issue and was really exhausted, but I still worked hard and finally completed my test successfully.
Now, this issue has happened again, and I am already very stressed because my university deadline is coming very soon. This result is extremely important for my admission, so I kindly ask you to check again and release my result as soon as possible.

I signed up for a free trial of the 'Super Duolingo' upgrade, and they told me they would send an email a day or so before the trial ended so that I could cancel if I wished. This email never arrived.
And sure enough, I was charged $100. I checked spam and everything; they never sent me a reminder email. In my eyes, that qualifies as a scam. When you set an expectation like that, you have to follow through.
And worse yet, they have no phone number to call to resolve issues like this. And then they tell me online that refunds have to be made through Apple.
Unfortunately, it only takes a small thing like this for me to know that they are completely incompetent as a company. I am never using this app again.

When I try to access the Speak and Listen exercises in the Practice Hub, I keep getting a message that says "An error occurred. Try again later." This has been going on for a month and despite numerous email complaints using their form, it has not been resolved.
You can't call them because they have no phone CSRs, and apparently they have no one monitoring their email either.
I have cancelled my subscription. It's a shame because I enjoyed it.

Don't bother. Just cancel your subscription. They don't take phone calls and they never responded to the several emails I sent about the problem.
I already sent a review! Please see the review that I posted previously excoriating Duolingo for failing to respond to email complaints.
I tried to call but Duolingo does not accept phone calls. No surprise there, pissed off consumers would be screaming at them all day because their customer service is so bad.
I want to cancel my payment.
I canceled my Duolingo subscription so I shouldn't have any money missing from my bank account. I just want the transaction reversed. I didn't even have the app anymore so I don't want to pay $158 for an app I no longer use.

The Duolingo app says that it's on hold with service being fixed and never seems to come back on. I haven't been able to use it for the last 16 hours.
I can't seem to open it, and I need help because it's not working, and I shouldn't get punished for mentioning that. I am not doing my hours when it's not opening for me.
