Look - it doesnt help when I need to talk to someone and given only an email option. Id like to have a reset so I can review from the beginning. Can this be done and not reset my daily record? I have done the free trial but i didn't want to pay for it as i never used the app, at about 11 today they're was £60.00 took out of my bank account with no warning or email from the app or nothing to say that the money was going to be took out, it also but the whole year in for the subscription(which i did not pick at all)that £60 was needed to a other use.I need a refund of the money as the app also will not be used.

I sign in for super Duolingo Family plan. And now when I try to sign in they ask me to sign in for a free commercials what its the point. They want me to pay again or whattt!,,, thats a fraud. And also they dont have any way to get comunicatted with them. Just by the way they never answer: they send me with a thirds companies that they will be charge a 1 dollar for the services. Horrible service,,,I never going to get it I just canceled.

I paid for a family subscription which allows 5 people total to access. I sent my fifth link to my nephew and it didnt work.

That was last month. Since then I cannot access any support from
Duolingo the app, the no sense phone number which directs you to an email. I emailed and got the automated response. Based on this , I will likely cancel my subscription going into next year.

I also have done duolingo stock that I bought based on how excited I was about this concept. However the lack of human customer support makes me think that I need to sell my stock as this does not bode well for its future

Hello, I ´m marius clement, i ´ve bought a test 2 weeks ago and i had trouble to do my test. I dit it once and we told me that i had cheated. Then, i ´tryed to do it two other Times but it was impossible to run the test. I ´ve tryed to do it twice. Each Times, impossible to start the test. My test was not working no more So i ´Ve bought a test 60 to do it once and now i need to buy it an other one. It ´s very problematic. I need this certification for next year I can ´t buy another certification and i wont because I know that its a problem that comes from the duolingo certifications test.

In 2023, I was blocked right after renewing my subscription, so I didn't use it in 2023, nor can I cancel it, as I am completely blocked in the app and the web app. Now in 2024, I have just been charged again. My Duolingo Max payment was supposed to be monthly but they charged me a whole $179 instead of what they said they would charge a month. I cannot afford that but I can afford the monthly payments but if they will just take all my money I will not be interested and need a refund immediately.
