Issue with leaderboard

No customer service support
I paid for a family subscription which allows 5 people total to access. I sent my fifth link to my nephew and it didnt work.
That was last month. Since then I cannot access any support from
Duolingo the app, the no sense phone number which directs you to an email. I emailed and got the automated response. Based on this , I will likely cancel my subscription going into next year.
I also have done duolingo stock that I bought based on how excited I was about this concept. However the lack of human customer support makes me think that I need to sell my stock as this does not bode well for its future

I lost my 30 minutes double XP due to technical glitch
I just lost my acquired 30 minutes double XP from last weeks completed friend quests. This must have been a technical glitch.
I still have one day until the chest expires but on clicking on it to play this morning, it disappeared.
FYI, this is also not the first time this is happening. But I had to complain now as playing this double XP points will make me qualify for the diamond league please kindly resolve and reinstate my earned rewards.
All said, Duolingo is a very intuitive and great apps to learn various languages. Thank you so much for all the efforts your various teams put in creating this interactive and intuitive tech with great interfaces and navigation.
